Juniors & Seniors

As a reminder! The FRC major no longer offers specializations for those admitted summer 2022 and on. If you are still using a specialization because you were admitted before then and have questions regarding the FOR-->FNR course prefix/number change, please make sure to reach out to your advisor.

Specialization semester plans Links to an external site. (see links below) help ensure you are taking courses in the prerequisite order and the best class scheduling to ensure a timely graduation.

You should reach out to the Faculty "champion" for your specialization. Some specializations have a Directed Elective or multiple choices for a category, where you need this faculty member's approval. FRC students do not have a formal Faculty Advisor on record (like NRC students do.) Of course, you are always welcome and encouraged to get advice and mentoring from any faculty member.

Review common FRC Electives and Subs (Business, Recreation, Law, and Urban).
