Advising Appointments

Please utilize the resources provided here in the Academic Hub on commonly asked questions, and then bring follow up questions to appointments.

Schedule your appointment with our Doodle Poll. At your appointment time, you will call our office number, come in-person, or join the Zoom link provided here; we won't call/Zoom you. 

Steps to Make an Appointment

    1. Select an appointment time that works for you,
    2. click the "Book it" button at the bottom of the page,
    3. enter your name, email address and how you will be meeting, 
    4. click the "Finalize" button after you filled out the information needed,
    5. check your email for confirmations, one of the confirmation emails will have details like which option for meeting you selected, phone #, room number, or zoom link,
    6. Remember, you will call us, come in, or logon to Zoom at your scheduled time!

If you are unable to make your appointment, please either reschedule (if needed) or decline the invitation which will cancel your appointment. 

Zoom: video and audio; we are able to share screens to show you your audit or resources; app for your phone or computer. For security reasons, everyone must log in with your UF Zoom account.
