Your students are individuals with different strengths, needs and ways of learning. They can bring great things to the classroom, but may also need help to meet personal challenges. Research has shown that students will rise to meet the expectations of their teacher. As an adjunct instructor you can help guide your students through each challenge.

- Identify the features of an inclusive environment.
- Match potential student challenges with possible support.
- Determine possible responses to interpersonal challenges.
