4.1 Creating an Inclusive Classroom
Creating a friendly learning environment allows students to feel safe and relaxed. Fostering a warm environment in the classroom helps students to be willing to take risks, this is especially true for those students who have had negative experiences. A friendly learning environment is the key to help students take more chances in pursuing their educational and career goals.
