Adjectives After Ein-Words

We already discussed adjectives preceded by the indefinite article. Do you remember that the negation kein and the possessives mein, dein, sein, etc., function like the indefinite article ein except that they have plural forms as well as singular. You say:

These -ein words are declined like ein in the singular, but like der (the definite article) in the plural.

And since German is such a systematic language, adjectives following these words use the same pattern as with ein in the singular as after ein (weak endings except after the masculine nominative or neuter nominative or accusative) and use the weak endings after plural forms.

Dative	meinem guten Freund	ihrer guten Freundin	einem lieben Kind	keinen guten Freunden, Freundinnen, Kindern
Accusative	meinen guten Freund	ihre gute Freundin	ein liebes Kind	keine guten Freunde, Freundinnen, Kinder
