Module 2 : Dispatch Center Organization-2
This module will provide an overview of the organization of dispatch centers including the operational elements and the role of customer service in dispatch communication.
Objectives
After completing this module, students will be able to:

- Describe the four general types of communication centers.
- Recognize common operational elements of a dispatch center.
- Articulate the importance of interlocal agreements in dispatch.
- Describe the key components of customer service in a dispatch center.
Readings
Read Chapter 2, "Dispatch Center Organization" in the textbook.
