Select a major terrorism event such as the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing, the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting, etc. You will need to prepare a 7 page paper (Content) on how your agency/jurisdiction handle management of these events. Specifically, addressing the utilization of the ICS and NIMS, what agencies would be a part of the Unified Command and what role, if any would the EOC play.  If you are not a first responder, how would you address a major event?
