Watch the short media clip on Houston' evacuation. The second clip is an extensive compilation of Hurricane Rita media coverage. After watching the clips, discuss the issues surrounding mass evacuation. Relate it to your geographical area.

Research a natural or man-made disaster that impacted your jurisdiction or state. Provide a summary of the event. Critique the event of what you think went right and what went wrong addressing the recovery process. Based on this information, describe how you would create a recovery plan to improve upon the lessons you think were learned from this event. Be sure to support your work with credible references. The requirements of the paper are that it needs to be in APA format and is expected to be at least 5 pages of content (excluding the title page, abstract, and references).
