Vōx Passīva

Text    Vōx Passīva

Verbs in Latin have just two voices, active or passive. A subject performs the action on an object when the verb is active. When the verb is passive, actions are performed on the subject themselves.

You'll learn that the present system uses a new set of personal endings with other formational patterns matching but that the perfect system uses the participle part along with forms of est/sunt to form the passive.

Intenta

  1. Recognize, form, and translate all verbs (indicative and infinitive) in the passive voice.
  2. Recognize, form, and translate the ablative of agent.
