Next Steps What's Next?

Congratulations! You have reached the end of this user guide. If you have read every page and experimented with every tool, you should be more than ready to start building courses with DesignPLUS.

There is still more to learn, but you can use the plethora of resources we've compiled for you for the remaining topics. Check out the Learning and Resources page here! Below is a list of some additional topics to explore.

Accessibility and Usability

The Accessibility and Usability module in the Cidi Labs User Guide covers a variety of tools to help you identify and correct accessibility and usability problems. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these tools and take action whenever you see an alert icon on the Accessibility / Usability tab in the Sidebar Navigation.

Dynamic and Interactive Elements

In addition to creating and styling static content, you can use the sidebar to insert interactive components as well as content that updates dynamically based on information stored elsewhere in Canvas. For a description of each component, along with examples and a link to the instructions for each, see Dynamic and Interactive Content

Advanced Tools

Finally, when you feel comfortable with the basic and intermediate features of DesignPLUS, you may want to explore the Advanced Tools module in the Cidi Labs User Guide. There, you will find information on how to build custom theme elements, create and edit custom styles, and directly edit HTML tags and attributes.
