We will discuss nerve agent exposure, nerve agent antidotes, and patient decontamination.

Objectives

At the end of this module, you will be able to:

  1. Choose the proper equipment and procedures for performing triage for trauma, hazardous materials, and chemical agent incidents using the START system.
  2. Assess the factors influencing the occurrence of roadway scene incidents.
  3. Describe the function of a Mark I nerve agent antidote kit in responding to a nerve agent attack.
