Introduction to Special EMS Operations
This module will introduce the subject of special operations in EMS. EMS has grown into a profession that now includes sub-operations of various modalities we refer to as special operations. We will cover various components of some areas where special operation teams have grown over time. This will prepare you for what is happening in the EMS world in today's environment and some of the specialties you may encounter. One thing to pay attention to is the cost of creating such teams and how they are funded.
