Your program of study is due to the Academic Coordinator by the midpoint of your second term of enrollment.  If you do not submit a program of study, a hold is placed on your record and you cannot register for the following term unless the hold is cleared.

You will need to fill it out and submit to this assignment for the Academic Coordinator for review, and when it is ready she will route it through DocuSign to your committee for final approval.

Your Program of Study is essentially the contract with your advisor and supervisory committee that details the courses you plan to take to fulfill your degree requirements. Therefore, it is important to know the degree requirements, the available courses, and the semesters in which they are offered before you begin filling out this form. You can find this information (or links to it) in the modules in this Canvas site.
