Create Accessible Content
Overview
Creating accessible content removes barriers that can hinder student learning and can be beneficial to a broad range of students, including those whose first language isn’t English, who may have to study in noisy environments, or who have poor internet connection. Prioritizing accessibility can improve learning for all students and minimize the need for you to remediate course materials and adjust assignments when students do need accommodations. Accessibility is an important consideration as you build Canvas pages and as you select and create other content, including readings and videos.
