Who built this Course Experience Demo?
This UF Online Course Experience Demo was designed and built as a collaboration between the UF Online Links to an external site. Academic Strategies team and the Center for Online Innovation and Production Links to an external site.. Together, these two units work with faculty, departments, and other campus units to ensure that UF Online students are provided with high-quality online courses and the best possible academic experiences. While not every course will follow this exact structure--because faculty instructors are the ultimate leaders of their individual courses!--we do maintain a set of standards and expectations to reflect the University of Florida's Course Quality Links to an external site. initiatives.
Faculty instructors have many opportunities to attend a variety of professional development experiences, workshops, and trainings through the Center for Teaching Excellence Links to an external site. to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to teach in online formats, and UF supports them with resources for teaching, cutting-edge technology, and instructional design expertise all along the way.
