Based on our class visit to Wilmot Garden compose a “Spark Story” in which you (1) describe the activities that take place in the garden, (2) identify the labor force(s) that maintain the garden, and (3) discuss the social and even political impact of the garden on the immediate community. Connect the horticultural therapy to Harrison’s ideas about therapy and care in chapters 2 and 12, and to the other readings.
