"A Haddon Matrix was developed by William Haddon in 1970, his "phase-factor matrix" was developed to facilitate an assessment of the many things that contribute to injury occurrence and severity. Using this framework, one can then evaluate the relative importance of contributing factors and use that assessment to design prevention strategies".
For this discussion forum, you will need to create your own "Haddon Matrix", based on the topic of your choice. Be sure to include as many details to develop a well thought out matrix. Respond and give feedback to TWO fellow students.
Here is an example of a Haddon Matrix for a Motor vehicle occupant safety. For more information visit: https://www.safetylit.org/haddon.htm Links to an external site.
