You will use the knowledge you have learned to look at an incident and recognize what went wrong, the safety issues involved, and how to mitigate an incident scene. The purpose of this discussion is to get you thinking about what to do in a building collapse. You identify what indicators of a collapse there were and how to direct such a recovery in the real world.
