Review the video "Emergency Operations: Managing Multiple Patients EMS Operations" to help frame your response. Be sure you have read the Mass Casualty Management Guidelines World Health Organization.

Once you have completed the reading and watched the video, you are requested to write a 2-3 page overview (not including the title and reference page).
