To claim your extra credit of 3 bonus points, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Submit this assignment before 11:59pm on December 7th.
- Complete the course evaluation for the lecture course at http://evaluations.ufl.edu. Once you have completed the evaluation, remain on the completed screen and take a screenshot (see step 3).
- Upload a compatible screen shot image (accepted file type extensions include jpeg, png, gif) showing clearly that you have completed the course evaluation for this course. Your screen shot must show the name of the course, your name as being logged into the evaluations system, and an indication that the evaluation is completed. See the example below.
And that's it. I will factor this into the determination of your overall course grade before submitting the letter grade to the registrar. Thank you for completing the course evaluation.
