Module Five Written Assignment

Research your jurisdiction's Local Emergency Response Committee (LEPC). Identify who and what agencies make up the LEPC, who is the lead organization and who chairs the LEPC. Also, discuss the history of the LEPC. Lastly, discuss the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) and the role they play with Hazmat.  This paper should be at least 5 pages. The paper will provide the detail necessary for the reader to understand your thoughts and what you have learned.
